Kathy Lee has been a licensed real estate agent in Florida since 1990. She has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer since obtaining her real estate license. The true measure of her success is her client's satisfaction, along with her thoroughness, integrity, and professionalism. As a result, Kathy remains successful as a team member of Turner Heritage Homes.

Neil P. Ryder, GRI, CRS, SFR, e-PRO, Broker--Sales Manager of Turner Heritage Homes, LLC and Broker at Neil Ryder Realty, Inc.

Neil is a 27 year real estate veteran who actually got his start in real estate at Century Construction, their predecessor company. He is a consistent multi-million dollar producer and a tech wizard. Neil Ryder Realty, Inc. has been in business 26 years, the bulk of its business referral-based. Neil is also a developer, an inactive licensed builder and has worked most of his real estate career with his associate, Kathy Lee.

Doug Turner, Managing Member

Doug Turner has owned and operated the Turner Heritage companies since 1978. Doug is a Florida Certified Residential Contractor. Doug leverages his expertise in land development, new home design, construction, sales, and marketing to make the home buying experience exceptional for the new home buyer. The Turner Family has been building new homes since 1958.

Lee Allman, Chief Financial Officer

Lee Allman has over 16 years of progressive experience in performing accounting, financial and management functions. At Turner Heritage Homes, Lee manages, plans, executes and evaluates the day-to-day activities of the company. Lee is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities for Turner Heritage Homes and works closely with the new home construction loan process.

Frank Richardson, Construction Manager

Frank Richardson has been involved in the construction industry for 16 years, all of which has been at Turner Heritage Homes. Frank is responsible for new home construction supervision, development and improvement of floor plans and elevations, purchasing, estimating, permitting, and assisting the sales team and buyers in all phases of construction of their new homes.
